"Being in such close proximity to the wondrous great Apes in their natural environment was a "lifer" as they say.
Lisa had prepared us to the 9th degree and we were well- equipped and geared for all eventualities as we had been properly primed by Lisa well in advance of our arrival at Bwindi. It was reassuring to be in the care of someone who was so obviously well-known and respected by the local staff at Bwindi and it was immediately apparent to us all that Lisa knew the ropes and how to get things done with the minimum of fuss. Our accommodation was comfortable, convenient and added to the success of our experience.
Ham our driver was great and knew the lie of the land as he is a local to the country."
